Bar Turned Components: Machined or Turned from Hex, Round or Square Bar on Automat (Traubs) or CNC Machines.These are machined as per Drawing e.g. Adjusting Rings, Connectors, Pins, Studs, Shafts, Sleeves, Couplings etc.

Material: Steel, Stainless Steel, Bronze Aluminum. Machined From Castings/Forgings Components from Sand Casting, Shell Molding and Investment Casting in Cast Iron, Steel, Stainless Steel, bronze and Aluminum Alloy as per Drawing, Machined on CNC's, VMC's, HMC's or conventional machines for Pump, Valve, Automotive, Tractor or General Engineering Application. Any component ranging from few grams to 20 MT can be machined depending upon size and Machine capability. Few examples are: Pump Casings, Impellers, Valve Bodies, Adaptors, and various Automotive Components.
